Overall i would say the day was very successful! One of the nicest things infact was the awesome participation from the group it was very inspiring to push forward with the project! Fun day....... too much walking :)

Some Progress reports!

AH yes lots of cardboard in the classroom today!
And i believe all of our letters are done!

we are going through with painting, an industrial theme does not require a perfect paint job, hey it might even add to the look.
on saturday we are attaching our letters and then i believe sunday or monday or sometime soon we are going out into the world with our letters and COMPRESSING them .... get it!

Clock update!

Just a workin away on my process notebook cutting out millions of clocks and making them look all nice and neat!

All this work im puttin in i hope the outcome is nothing but exceptional!

My Inspiration

There are lots of things in this world that inspire, infact i could probably go on and on talking about the things that really get my creative wheels turning! But for times sake i'll just name a few

The first and most important influence in my life is my family, my mother, my grandmother, and my great grandmother have all had art influence their lives in some sort of way. My mom and grandmother have always drawn things for me and encouraged me to be artistic

They Support me in everything they do and someday i hope that my daughter and granddaughter will think of me the same way as i think of these women a hero and a role model.

5 hours of drawing time and a big ole stack of papers

As i sat in the tenth floor lobby thinking about the most recent blank i was drawing with my project i got to thinking about how long i had been there and how big my stack of sketches had become, i started getting pretty inspired. With my new found source of confidence i was able to whip out one creative idea after the other. I go to dinner feeling great, i'll come back full happy and ready to start drawing again.


I got 5 drawings done from dinner to now..... fantastic
